We loved the dinner. The lamb and couscous were a great combination of flavors. It was very easy and fun to make. It seemed like a healthy, protein/energy-packed meal.

We were wishing we could have something so good again last night...

We really enjoyed the experience. I truly think the concept is great, and that busy couples and families would find this kind of service extremely fun and (most importantly) useful. The prepared portions/ingredients made everything so simple, yet we still got to enjoy the satisfaction "cooking" of the food... without all the grunt work beforehand. Your service would really boost the customer's confidence in cooking! I think couples who struggle to eat well, or lack the time and/or know how to cook proper meals each week, would be excited to sign up for this kind of service...

The dinner was delicious! Both the concept and the execution were a great
success.
Things we loved:
1. The pre-measured and organized ingredients - I felt like
I was on a TV cooking show.
2. Fun extra items (e.g. fresh thyme for the
polenta, roasted pears for a salad, salt mixture). These are not things I
generally have/do myself so they made the meal seem special.
3. The pear salad
dressing was amazing.
4. Cooking tips like "oil is hot when its wavy" and
"polenta is cooked when..." make us amateurs feel knowledgeable and more
confident in the kitchen.
