The weekly menu items are elegant, simple, and evoke feelings of restaurant dining. The two course meal is prepared by Chef Bryan Szeliga. However, you will complete the final stages of cooking at home using classic cooking techniques such as sauteing, grilling, and roasting. Microwaves are not used. This process allows for your meal to be served hot and of highest quality. With Thyme, you are invited to create your own relationship with food.
Approximately 17 plant species provide 90% of mankind’s food supply. The menu at Thyme incorporates a plethora of alternative foods. The menu is balanced with proteins serving as garnish's to seasonal fresh produce.
To order simply:
1. Select any menu item and place an order by email or via phone.
2. The prepped menu items will be delivered to your home or office. The food will be delivered in a cooler with ice packs, thermometer and commercial grade packaging. Please place all the above back in the cooler to be exchanged with the new meal the next day.
3. At home, cook the prepared meal as described on instructions and eat healthy in no time.
